[12 SE 1 Street, 2nd Floor, Gainesville, FL 32601] The Gainesville & Alachua County Transportation Planning Organization (GACTPO) Board will consider approving Resolution 2026-02 to designate the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as the Designated Recipient for the 5310 Grant Program. This designation is required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for the City of Gainesville to continue receiving pass-through grants under this program, which focuses on 'Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities'. The Board will also consider approving Resolution 2026-03 to endorse the Final Draft Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) Cycle for Fiscal Years 2026/27 through 2030/31. This TIP includes projects from years 1-4 of the new plan cycle, which were previously in years 2-5 of the FY 26/30 plan cycle. Additionally, the Board will review an amendment to the adopted FY 25/26 - FY 29/30 TIP to add Project 447396-4, a $10,263,750 Section 5339B Bus and Bus Facilities Competitive Grant awarded to the City of Gainesville dba Gainesville Regional Transit System (RTS) for capital improvements and paratransit vans. Finally, the Board will consider approving an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Alachua County to increase the Imprest Account from $150,000 to $500,000 for cash flow purposes, to support GACTPO operations and upcoming studies.
