[case SGS 26-149] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Metro Forecasting Models, LLC for population and development forecasts for the county's utility service area. The cost will not exceed $50,000. The agreement is for continuing planning and consulting services. [case SGS 26-169] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with The Avanti Company for the purchase and installation of CMCE Lightning Protectors at CAB I & II. The cost is $37,200. [Imperial Gardens Mobile Home Park; case ITB 24-147 Amendment No. 3] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with MidSouth, Inc. for the Imperial Gardens Mobile Home Park (MHP) Plant Interconnection Project. This amendment ratifies the terms of an Amended Notice to Proceed issued on June 10, 2026, and extends the final completion date to August 22, 2026. There is no cost increase associated with this amendment. [Median/Curbed Roadways Groups 1&3; case ITB 24-016 Amendment No. 3] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Gamco Properties III, Inc. for mowing and trimming of median/curbed roadways Groups 1&3. This amendment adds additional trimmings, amends the fee schedule with an annual increase of $7,600, and modifies compliance language. [Crystal River Airport (CGC); case ITB 25-021 Amendment No. 2] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Gonzalez & Sons Equipment, Inc. for the Crystal River Airport (CGC) Fuel Farm Project. This amendment adds a Temporary Fuel Storage and Dispensing Solution and amends the Fee Schedule, with an additional cost of $66,250. A related budget transfer was also approved. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Webber Infrastructure Management, Inc. (Ferrovial) for waste disposal services. The security bond continuation from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company extends the term to April 13, 2027. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Waste Management Inc. of Florida for waste disposal services. The security bond continuation from SiriusPoint America Insurance Company extends the term to June 05, 2027. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Wright Tree Service, Inc. for waste disposal services. The security bond continuation from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America extends the term to January 23, 2027. [Citrus County Central Landfill] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved a new Waste Disposal Account Agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. for disposal fees up to $325,000.00 at the Citrus County Central Landfill. A security bond from Endurance Assurance Corporation was accepted, and the existing agreement dated June 23, 2025, was terminated. [Citrus County Airport (CGC)] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners acknowledged the executed T-Hangar Lease for Bristell Aircraft at the Citrus County Airport (CGC). Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the replacement and purchase of a slope mower for the Fleet Management policy due to extenuating circumstances. [Old Homosassa East; case CIP U2018-02] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of grant contract LPA 0130 between Citrus County and FDEP for the CIP U2018-02 Old Homosassa East Septic to Sewer Project. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a Connection Charge Installment Lien Agreement for Angela Jennifer Clarke for Water and/or Wastewater Utility Services. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a Connection Charge Installment Lien Agreement for Alan Reichel for Water and/or Wastewater Utility Services. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a Connection Charge Installment Lien Agreement for David L & Anita W Biggs for Water and/or Wastewater Utility Services. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a Connection Charge Installment Lien Agreement for Judith Mae Malis & Robert Lee Malis for Water and/or Wastewater Utility Services. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a Release and Satisfaction of Lien for Water and Wastewater Utility Services against property owned by Tracy Johnson. [Lecanto Preserve Phase One] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners acknowledged the assignment of Developer’s Utility Pre-paid Credits from Lecanto Preserve, LLC to D. R. Horton, Inc. for Lecanto Preserve Phase One. The assignment will be recorded in the Public Records. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners set a Public Hearing for August 25, 2026, at 1:32 p.m. to consider an inventory list of County-owned, surplus real property determined to be appropriate for use as affordable housing, pursuant to Section 125.379, Florida Statutes. [County Employee Wellness Center; case SGS 22-020 Amendment No.1] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Medical Risk Solutions, LLC dba My Health Onsite to renew the On-Site Medical Services at County Employee Wellness Center agreement for an additional five (5) year term, extending the duration to November 8, 2031. Modifications were made to compliance and equal employment opportunity sections. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with Life Stream Behavioral Center Financing, Inc. This involves executing a revised Authorizing Resolution, a Financing Agreement, an Interlocal Agreement between Citrus County and Lake County, and a Tax Regulatory Agreement. [Nature Coast region; case FEMA FY 2026 PDM CDS] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the application for the FEMA FY 2026 Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) for the Nature Coast Resiliency Project (NCRP). The grant request is for $1.5M, with a County Match of $375K from General Fund Reserves. [CR470 (Gospel Island Rd) from N. Apopka Ave to SR44] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved a resolution authorizing the Chairman to enter into a Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for road milling and resurfacing of CR470 (Gospel Island Rd) from N. Apopka Ave to SR44. The FDOT portion is $1,809,615 and the County's participation is $2,746,665. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the revised Bylaws of the Citrus County Aviation Advisory Board. [124 N Apopka Ave, 107 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave & 116 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Downtown Inverness] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved proceeding with negotiations and subsequent purchase of properties at 124 N Apopka Ave, 107 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, and 116 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave in downtown Inverness to address space needs. This includes authorizing staff to order title searches, execute closing documents, and make payments for closing costs. [Citrus County Health Department] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of a resolution with the State of Florida Department of Health for a current fee and service schedule to provide public health and environmental services at the Citrus County Health Department. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved participation in the Brevard County Sheriff's Office Paws & Stripes College Therapy Dog Program for Citrus County Fire Rescue. Licensed Clinical Social Worker Phyllina Arnold was approved as the therapy dog handler, and the Chairman was authorized to execute the necessary application and agreements. [case Ordinance No. 2026-A01] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the appointment of Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) voting members in accordance with county ordinances. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved directing staff to prepare an Administrative Regulation prohibiting any county employee and elected officials from executing a non-disclosure agreement related to data center development. [case Ordinance Number 2026-A17] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners conducted a public hearing and adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 86 Special Assessments, Article VI. The ordinance provides for severability, scrivener's errors, codification, and an effective date. Modifications may arise from consideration at the public hearing. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved authorizing attorney Dale Scott to proceed in representing Citrus County in antitrust lawsuits regarding fire trucks. The Chairman was authorized to execute the Professional Services Agreement. [County Employee Wellness Center; case SGS 22-020 Amendment No.1] Citrus County Board of County Commissioners approved the execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between Citrus County and Medical Risk Solutions, LLC dba My Health Onsite for On-Site Medical Services at the County Employee Wellness Center. This renews the agreement for an additional five (5) year term, extending the duration to November 8, 2031, and modifies language in Section 17.4 (Compliance with Laws) and Section 17.12 (Equal Employment Opportunity).
