[Country Club Boulevard; case BCR25146MR] The Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) approved Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. BCR25146MR with VisualScape, Inc. for the Country Club Boulevard Median Beautification Project. The amendment increases the contract amount by $110,140.50, plus a $5,507.03 contingency, for a total of $115,647.53. The contract end date is January 25, 2027. The CRA also approved a $50,000 grant award to M.S. Castle, Inc. (Backstreets Sports Bar) under the Breaking Barriers to Business Grant Program.
