Ed Nagy, Technology Director, discussed the drawdown of costs with Gainesville Regional Utilities. Steven Varvel, Director of Risk Management, addressed the increase in healthcare costs for the city. The recommendation was for the City Commission to hear the presentation from staff. Mayor Pro Tem Willits commented on the projected Consumer Price Index increase. The meeting adjourned at 1:49 p.m.
