The City of Gainesville Development Review Board met on April 28, 2026. Two projects were discussed and decided upon. Project 1, the RTS Eastside Bus Transfer Station, was approved. Project 2, Magnolia Parke Pods C-F, was approved with conditions. Public comment was provided on both items.
