[case #20240399] The City Commission will consider approving a contract extension with Miller Electric Company for the installation and maintenance of security equipment. The City will submit these to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) for final approval. [case 20260203] Approval of a 4-year drone subscription plan with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the Police Department. The plan includes technical support, hardware replacements, secure evidence storage, live-streaming, and specialized parachutes for remote flight capabilities. The initial payment is $49,320.75, with future payments of the same amount in FY2027, FY2028, and FY2029. [US-192, east of Michigan Avenue/Oak Street intersection; case Contract #20260200, FPN: 450778-1-52-03] Resolution authorizing a Locally Funded Agreement (LFA) and a Three-Party Escrow Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for raised median enhancements on US-192. The project involves constructing three raised concrete medians totaling approximately 382 linear feet, located east of the Michigan Avenue/Oak Street intersection. The Vine Street Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will fund the $128,276 project cost. The CRA will provide an advance deposit managed via an escrow agreement.
