[case # 26-17] The City Commission held a public hearing and approved the first reading of Proposed Ordinance # 26-17, which repeals and replaces Chapter 8 of the Code of Ordinances concerning Aviation. This ordinance reorganizes, updates airport ordinances, and provides for severability and an effective date. [30 Broadway; case (DKCRA) Pioneer Project] The City Commission convened as the Community Redevelopment Agency Board to discuss the (DKCRA) Pioneer Project Incentive Program Agreement (PPIP) with Souza & Martins Savory Bites for a project located at 30 Broadway. The Downtown Kissimmee CRA board motioned to approve this agreement, and the motion passed. The City Commission appointed Mayor Espinosa as the 2026 Florida League of Cities Voting Delegate. The motion to appoint passed.
