[101 CHURCH STREET, KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA 34741-5054; case Ordinance # 26-17 (proposed), Ordinance # 3140 (adopted), Resolution # 17-2026 (adopted), Resolution # 18-2026 (adopted)] The City Commission of Kissimmee approved Ordinance # 3140, which amends and replaces Chapter 8 of the City's Code of Ordinances related to Airport Regulations and Airspace Zoning. They also approved the City of Kissimmee Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2026 and adopted Resolution # 17-2026. Additionally, Resolution # 18-2026 to adopt Revised Minimum Service Standards for Aeronautical Service Standards at Kissimmee Gateway Airport was adopted. The Commission approved a second and final extension for milling, resurfacing, and minor concrete work agreements, as well as a consent to an amended and restated net building lease for Dyer Boulevard Airport Premises with U.S. Aviation Group, LLC. The disposal of City Assets and a second amendment to the Kissimmee Gateway Airport FBO Lease Agreement were also approved. Leia Perez was appointed to the Planning Advisory Board.
