The Historic and Architectural Review Board meeting on April 15, 2026, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. The approval of minutes from March 18, 2026, and the review of HARB2026-0014 for signage at 2002 S. Harbor City Blvd., Downtown CRA, were postponed to May 20, 2026. An application, HARB2026-0016 / Baked by Chelle, will also be added to the agenda for the May 20, 2026 meeting.
