Harbor City Blvd. The sign is square, measuring 4 ft by 4 ft, with graphics in a variety of bright colors. The sign cabinet acts as a border. Staff recommends the application be found consistent with Downtown Architectural Guidelines. No permit is required for this face change. [306 E. Strawbridge Ave.; case HARB2026-0018] Project involves the requested approval to install a single-sided, non-illuminated detached sign for Image & Inc. LLC at 306 E. Strawbridge Ave. The sign will measure 5 ft 1 in. in height and will feature white lettering on a black background, topped with a decorative green house containing black lettering.
