CITY COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING · 2026-07-08 · meeting
The City Commission of the City of Miramar met to discuss various upcoming projects and resolutions. Several developments are under review that could create opportunities for local contractors and suppliers. These include new apartment and mixed-use developments at various locations, which may require land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping services. Additionally, the city is considering resolutions for roadway landscaping, fuel system maintenance, heavy-duty vehicle purchases, and utility department supplies. Other potential work includes electrical system upgrades for a storage tank, asphalt installation at a park amphitheater, and landscaping and irrigation maintenance services.
