The Board of Adjustment for the City of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a Special Exception. This project is located at the intersection of SW 38th Avenue and SW 40th Avenue. The proposed use is for a self-storage facility. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, and building material suppliers may be involved in future phases of this project.
