The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The proposed use is for commercial purposes. Local businesses such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, and building material suppliers may have opportunities related to this future project.
