The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new civic project. This project is planned for the area near the intersection of SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The proposed development includes 120,000 square feet of mixed-use space. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have future opportunities related to land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
