The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near the intersection of SW 27th Avenue and SW 16th Street. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC installers.
