The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have future opportunities related to land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
