The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near the intersection of SW 38th Avenue and SW 40th Avenue. The proposed development includes 150 dwelling units on approximately 10 acres. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
