The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new project. This project is located at the intersection of SW 27th Avenue and SW 16th Street. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have opportunities related to land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building materials.
