A new mixed-use development is being planned for the area of Northeast 1st Avenue and Northeast 3rd Street. This project is planned to include 100 dwelling units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may have opportunities to bid on work for this development.
