A proposal is under review for a new mixed-use development at the intersection of Southeast 17th Street and Southeast 14th Avenue. The project is planned for approximately 10 acres and will include retail space and residential units. This project could create opportunities for site preparation contractors, utility installers, concrete and paving companies, framing crews, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and building material suppliers.
