The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new project. The project is located at the intersection of SW 10th Street and SW 20th Avenue. It is planned to be a 10-acre site for a mixed-use development. This review may create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers in areas such as land clearing, grading, civil engineering, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
