[1625 West Garden Street; 216 North A Street; Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus; case 26-604; 26-539; 26-601] The City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) authorized staff to solicit for development feasibility advisory services for the redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus. The CRA also approved a substitute motion to authorize and negotiate a 1-year contract extension with revised terms for the property at 216 North A Street, including an automatic reverter provision if construction commencement milestones are not met. A Commercial Property Improvement Program (CPIP) funding award for 1625 West Garden Street was not approved.
