A special meeting of the Port Orange City Council was called by Mayor Scott Stiltner for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose is to discuss litigation expenditures and settlement negotiation in the case of City of Port Orange vs. Jason Arnold, et al., Case No. 2026 15053 COCI. This discussion will occur in an attorney-client session, which is not open to the public or the press, as permitted by Florida Statutes Section 286.011(8). Attendees include Mayor Scott Stiltner, Vice Mayor Tracy Grubbs, Councilmen Jonathan Foley, Shawn Goepfert, and Lance Green, City Manager Wayne Clark, City Attorney Matthew J. Jones, Sr. Assistant City Attorney Shannon K. Balmer, and Esquire Deposition Solutions.
