An associated budget amendment will be approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract. The City Council will consider approving the upgrade of BS&A to a cloud-based platform with a total cost of $501,910.00. The cost for FY26 will not exceed $100,000, with the balance due in FY27 and included in the FY27 budget.
