The Community Redevelopment Advisory Board met on June 25, 2026. The meeting included the election of a Chair and Vice-Chair, and a discussion on Capital Project Worksheet Integration & Budget Preview. Staff presented 17 potential projects for CRA prioritization and reviewed budget details including Tax Increment Funding (TIF) and its allocation to capital projects like transportation, stormwater, and housing. Moriah Church for 48 spaces were discussed, with a proposed 10-year extension. Community events were also showcased. The board requested updates on an ADA parking survey and discussed potential customer impact on businesses during the Park Avenue Refresh, with mitigation strategies in place. Clarification was sought on the impact of no longer having debt service and on the Catalyst Development Program (CDP), which is scheduled to go to the Commission and CRA next month.
