The Lakes & Waterways Board will hold a regular meeting on May 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 401 S. Park Avenue. The agenda includes two Boathouse/Dock Applications for public hearing: one at 1475 Grover Ter. (Case BLDR-2026-0213) and another at 1521 Harris Cir. (Case BLDR-2026-2014). The meeting will also include approval of minutes, public comments on non-agenda items, action and non-action items, staff updates from the Winter Park Police Department and on Lakes Management, Stormwater Management, and upcoming events. Board comments and discussion of upcoming agenda items will also take place. Public participation and comment on the boathouse/dock applications must be in person.
