This includes increasing the maximum number of dwelling units by 1,367 to a maximum of 5,799, and revising commercial/light industrial and civic/governmental/institutional use square footage. [1589 Everglades Boulevard North; case PL20250007107- (CU)] Vanderbilt II Tower CU seeks a conditional use to allow a 150-foot tall monopole communications tower within the Estates (E) zoning district with a Wellfield Risk Management Special Treatment Overlay Zone W-4 (ST/W-4) on a 2.65-acre property. [North of State Road 82, 1/2 mile west of Church Road, abutting Hendry County; case PL20240002941- (GMPA)] State Road 82 Commercial Subdistrict (GMPA) proposes to amend the Growth Management Plan by changing the land use designation from Agricultural/Rural Mixed Use District and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay District to Agricultural/Rural Mixed Use District, State Road 82 Commercial Subdistrict and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay District. This allows for a maximum of 100,000 square feet of self-storage and 30,000 square feet of commercial uses, or up to 60,000 square feet of commercial uses (with no self-storage) on 5.01 acres. [North of State Road 82, 1/2 mile west of Church Road, abutting Hendry County; case PL20240002945- (CPUD)] State Road 82 CPUD proposes to change the zoning classification from Rural Agricultural (A) within the Mobile Home Overlay and Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay to Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) within the Rural Lands Stewardship Overlay on 5.01 acres. This allows for development of 60,000 square feet of retail commercial with no self-storage, or 30,000 square feet of retail commercial and 100,000 square feet of self-storage. [Collier County property open to the public; case PL20260002471- (LDCA)] An ordinance to amend the Collier County Land Development Code to require temporary use permits for events on Collier County property open to the public, specifically amending Section 5.04.05 Temporary Events. [Southwest corner of 60th Street Southwest and Golden Gate Parkway; case not stated (companion items discussed in transcript)] The Golden Gate Parkway 60th Street residential subdistrict and PUD proposes to rezone 4.18 acres from Estates zoning to Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) to allow a maximum of 36 income-restricted townhome dwelling units, 100% affordable housing. The project is a pilot for a 'Build to Rent to Own' program.
