The Board of Architects for the City of Coral Gables met to review upcoming projects. Several potential business opportunities were discussed. A mixed-use development at 100 Almeria Avenue is under review, along with another mixed-use project at 123 Main Street that could involve land clearing, grading, civil engineering, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and material supply. A separate residential project at 100 Almeria Avenue and a 150-unit development at Sunset Drive and Granada Boulevard are also planned.
