The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new project. The project is located at the intersection of SW 40th Street and SW 87th Avenue. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. This review may lead to future work for civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
