The City Commission of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new project. The project is located at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. It is planned to be a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
