The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area of Coral Gables. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers in areas such as land clearing, civil engineering, utility work, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
