The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new project. This project is located at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have future opportunities related to land clearing, grading, civil engineering, surveying, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
