The City Commission of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. The proposed use is for mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers in areas such as land clearing, civil engineering, utility work, concrete and paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
