The City of Coral Gables is reviewing an amendment to a Planned Area Development called Regency Parc. This project involves changes to Ordinance No. 2022-32. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may be interested in future work related to this development. This could include opportunities for land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete and paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
