The City Commission of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. The proposed development includes 100,000 square feet of mixed-use space. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have future opportunities related to land clearing, grading, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
