The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for an area near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers may have future opportunities related to land clearing, grading, civil engineering, surveying, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC installation, landscaping, and building material supply.
