The City Commission of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a project located at or near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. This project involves a mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and landscapers may be involved in future work.
