Local contractors and suppliers may find opportunities with new single-family homes proposed at 1129 Sevilla Ave, 222 Phoenetia Ave, 20 Santillane Ave, 280 Alhambra Circle, and 1021 Hardee Rd. A mixed-use development is planned for 1500 Douglas Rd, and an office development is proposed for 1 Alhambra Plaza. A commercial development is also under review at Sunset Drive and Red Road, and a project for Public Safety BDA/ERCES is being reviewed in Miami-Dade.
