The Development Review Committee of the City of Coral Gables met to review several development projects. Opportunities for local contractors and suppliers are anticipated for a mixed-use development at SW 57th Avenue and SW 42nd Street. Additionally, a proposal for new construction of a four-story, twenty-five-unit building at 300, 310, and 318 Malaga Avenue is under review. The committee is also reviewing a change of use and renovation at 4231 South Le Jeune Road to convert a restaurant into a bank branch, including exterior improvements.
