The Library Advisory Board is reviewing a proposal for a new library building. This project is planned for the area of 1500 Coral Way in Coral Gables. The proposed building would be 30,000 square feet and serve as a public library. This project could create opportunities for architects, civil engineers, surveyors, land clearing and grading crews, utility and underground contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and building material suppliers.
