[Escambia County; case F.S. 932.7055(5)] Approval of allocations of Law Enforcement Trust (LET) Funds for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to outside agencies: Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches, Inc. in the amount of $5,000, and FavorHouse of Northwest Florida, Inc. in the amount of $4,000. Approval and authorization to issue and sign a Purchase Order for the payment to Florida Municipal Insurance Trust in the amount of $142,293 for the additional premium for workers' compensation audit period October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. [Lake Stone Campground Facility] Approval and authorization to sign the Amendment to the Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and Dennis Keith Cole for the management of the Lake Stone Campground Facility, for an amount of $15,000 to be paid in 12 equal monthly installments of $1,250 with housing and utilities provided. The SRIA will reimburse the County for all budgeted operating costs. The estimated budgeted amounts are $220,060 for revenues and $206,568 for expenses, with an increase due to fuel prices. [Escambia County Landfill; case PD 23-24.102] Approval and authorization to issue a Notice of Termination for the existing Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and ALS Group USA, Corp, Inc., for Escambia County Landfill Analytical Services (PD 23-24.102) due to ALS's failure to perform services in accordance with the agreement. [Perdido, Klondike, Beulah, and Saufley Field landfills; case PD 25-26.047] Approval and authorization to sign the Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and Advanced Environmental Laboratories, Inc., to provide laboratory analytical testing for annual ground and surface water monitoring for Perdido, Klondike, Beulah, and Saufley Field landfills, as required by the Florida Department of Environmental Laboratories, Inc., per PD 25-26.047. A Purchase Order in the amount of $24,792.52 will be issued. [Century Community Shelter - HS020; case PD 25-26.041] Approval and authorization to sign the Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and Seay, Seay and Litchfield P.C., for Architectural Design Services for the New Century Community Shelter - HS020, PD 25-26.041, for the amount of $611,840. [1621 Leply Road] Acceptance of a portion of real property, located at 1621 Leply Road, via donation from Glenn and Deloise Grandison, for additional Right-of-Way. The Board will authorize payment of documentary stamps and the Chair or Vice Chair will accept the Quitclaim Deed. Adoption and authorization to sign a Resolution authorizing the conveyance of used X-Ray Units (one mobile X-Ray Unit and one handheld Dental X-Ray Unit) to the Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida. The sanctuary anticipates improved quality and efficiency of care for wildlife patients. [700 BLK Barth Road and 776 Barth Road; case Brickyard Road Drainage Improvement Project] Acceptance of two drainage easements for the Brickyard Road Drainage Improvement Project: one from Cleveland Rufus Campbell, Sr. at 700 BLK Barth Road (0.11 Acres), and another from David R. Wooten & Joan H. Wooten at 776 Barth Road (810 Square Feet). A Temporary Construction Easement is also accepted from David R. Wooten and Joan H. Wooten. Documentary stamps will be paid.
