The Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting on May 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM, will review several applications. Initial DRC Applications for staff internal review include Bella Rosa (0 Mission Road, Resubmittal), St. Johns Admin-Classroom Building (303 S.
