Project 2 is a Major Site Plan application for Providence Pointe Town Center at 5950 49th Street, Vero Beach, by applicant Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC, proposing the construction of 6 buildings on Tracts 15, 41, 63 & 64, concurrent with phase 1 & 2 PD.
