The project aims to address public demand for a dedicated skate facility in central Lee County and is funded through Community Park Impact Fees. [Rosemary Drive, Bonita Springs] Approve a subrecipient contract with the City of Bonita Springs to utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Urban County Entitlement funds for neighborhood stormwater system improvements and the construction of a multi-use pedestrian/bicyclist pathway along Rosemary Drive. These improvements aim to enhance neighborhood safety, accessibility, and drainage capacity. [Burnt Store Road] Approve a Supplemental Task Authorization (STA) to the contract with AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for the Burnt Store Road Safety Improvement Project. CEI services include contract administration, inspection, construction observation, material testing, and post-construction tasks. The project is estimated to begin in June. [Alden Pines area, Pine Island, west of Stringfellow Road (Tamarac Drive, Grande Pine Road, Clubhouse Drive, Raintree Drive, Sandarac Drive, and Bokeelia Road); case County Project Authorization No. 9] Approve County Project Authorization No. 9 to the contract with OHLA USA, Inc., for resurfacing of local roads in the Alden Pines area of Pine Island, west of Stringfellow Road. Milling, leveling, and resurfacing will occur on Tamarac Drive, Grande Pine Road, Clubhouse Drive, Raintree Drive, Sandarac Drive, and Bokeelia Road, totaling 4.5 lane miles. [Fort Myers Beach Water Reclamation Facility (FMB WRF); case Grant Agreement No. 26RCP01] Accept grant funding of $1,250,000.00 from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the Fort Myers Beach Water Reclamation Facility (FMB WRF) Restoration & Capacity Enhancement Project. Grant funds will support partial construction and completion of two new anaerobic basins as part of the Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) system at FMB WRF. [Pine Island Water Reclamation Facility (WRF)] Award a competitively bid construction contract to Electric Domain Inc for the Pine Island Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Reuse Tank Modification/ATP – Electrical project. The work includes all required Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls improvements. The total estimated cost is $691,090.00, and construction is anticipated to begin by late spring 2026. [Watt Road & Dividend Drive, Fort Myers] Authorize the Housing Authority of Lee County (HFA) to issue Multi-Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds not to exceed $25,500,000 to finance the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, equipping, and development of a 140-unit affordable multifamily rental housing project known as The Residences II, located at Watt Road & Dividend Drive in Fort Myers. No financial or administrative costs to Lee County. [5335 Hawks Landing Drive, Fort Myers] Authorize the Housing Authority of Lee County (HFA) to issue Multi-Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds not to exceed $25,000,000 to finance the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, equipping, and development of a 204-unit affordable multi-family rental housing project known as Hawk’s Landing, located at 5335 Hawks Landing Drive in Fort Myers. No financial or administrative costs to Lee County.
