The Development Review Committee in Marion County met to discuss upcoming projects. Several local business opportunities were reviewed. These include a commercial development at SE 102nd Street and SE 42nd Avenue, a golf course final plat for Stone Creek Del Webb, and the Arden of Ocala master plan. Other projects under review are the SW Hwy 484 Super Center, a commercial development near SE 15th Street and SE 17th Street, and a Bay Laurel Operations Facility.
