A major site plan review for Fifth Third Bank Mulberry The Villages and a residential project with 100 dwelling units near SE 145th Avenue and SE Division Street are also under review. Additionally, a waiver request for a single-family residence and a mixed-use development at Main Street and Oak Avenue are being considered.
