Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with NV5, Inc. as part of a pool of consultants to provide construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, numbered E24AV03C, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a five-year term with a potential five-year renewal. This is one of five such agreements being awarded to a pool of consultants for various capital improvement projects at the airport, including terminal, concourse, apron, utilities, aircraft ramp, runway, parking structure, and non-terminal building projects. Work will be assigned rotationally among the firms. The project is part of a larger modernization effort at MIA, with the overall plan expanded to $12 billion.
