Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants. PSI will provide professional construction materials testing services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract, number E24AV03A, has a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. This is one of five such agreements to be awarded, with the others on the same agenda. The services will support various capital improvement projects at MIA, including terminal, concourse, apron, utilities, aircraft ramp, runway, parking structure, and auxiliary building construction/remodeling.
