Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the approval of a competitive revenue-generating contract (Contract No. EVN0002968) for the development, operation, and management of a premium passenger lounge at Miami International Airport (MIA). The contract is proposed to be awarded to AD Partnership, LLC for a 15-year term, with projected revenues of $93,800,000.00 for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The lounge, to be known as the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, will be located on the third floor of Concourse E, above Gate E7. The vendor will be responsible for all capital investment, build-out costs, and ongoing operations, including staffing, maintenance, and customer service.
