Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CES Consultants, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. The contract, valued at $41,353,125.00, has a term of five years with a five-year renewal option. CES Consultants, Inc. is part of a pool of five firms selected to support the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's Capital Improvement Program, which includes modernization of terminals, concourses, runways, and other infrastructure. Services will encompass routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, and commissioning of building systems. The project is funded through Future Financing and the Reserve Maintenance Fund.
